The Sei-Ki Training 2027/28

The Sei-Ki Training is an intensive immersion year with the aim of giving participants a solid foundation in Sei-Ki.   

The Sei-Ki Training has been established by Alice Whieldon in collaboration with Alexandra Gelny and Maria Kokori.

We have set this up in service to Sei-Ki, students of Sei-Ki and a world in need of human touch. We think the time is right and also, we love this work and get a lot of pleasure from sharing it.

The Sei-Ki Training is an intensive immersion year with the aim of giving participants a solid foundation in the work.

Core elements of the Training:

• Two Residential Workshops of 4+ days each (September and June)
• One non-Residential Workshop of 5 days (February)
• Online Teaching Events: 4 modules of 7 hours each, online Book Club (8 meetings of 1.5 hours each), online live Exercise Sessions
• Online Library: videos (exercises, Sei-Ki sessions, discussions), audio material, written material
• Supervision: online supervision meetings in small groups
• Tutorials

Like a Sei-Ki session, The Sei-Ki Training is dynamic and responsive and will evolve over time.

Over the years, we have noticed that people can make real progress if immersed in Sei-Ki over the course of a year.  This is long enough to give you a boost in skill and understanding but not so long that it takes the spontaneity and uniqueness out of your experience. Sei-Ki is the Way of aliveness and any training must keep that centre front.

Sei-Ki is “beginners mind”, so this Training is relevant to practitioners at all levels, but some prior experience with us (6 days of workshops) is a prerequisite to enter the Training.
